Default 2G Sifter Cable Bracket is it bent???

Im not sure if the bracket that attaches to the transmission is bent or if it is suppose to have a slight lean to it??

This is for a 2g AWD Manual Tranny.

I can't quite remember how it goes on a 2g, but does it shift okay? Is there any binding when shifting? As long as the cables run pretty straight and don't bend or bind I would think you would be just fine.

Well as it turns out. One of the cables had a real nice kink at the end by the tranny connection. I bought new OEM cable set and a set of torque solutions bushings for the ends also. It shifts like a dream now!!!
