for a few weeks now my clutch seems to be slipping but everything else is fine.. just today tho my engine light came on, would the oil change trigger that? havnt been able to scan it yet but i worry about these things.

No oil change doesn't trigger it. Pull the code out of it.

well the code says its a slow response 02 bank 2 if i remeber correctly. i cleared it and only driven alittle since its still winter around here n i hate salt.. would a boost leak trigger the light? can somone describe what a boost leak would do effecting driving. like i stated it almost revs like if i had a autop tranny and my OD slips.

Your rear o2 sensor is going bad.

Boost leaks and oil change wont throw a code. It's what bishilvr said its your o2 going out. You still have your rear o2 or no?

Sounds like you probably need a new clutch as well. What clutch is in the car now and how many miles on it?

You can get the universal sensors at any auto parts store and it comes with a diagram of how to wire it up. Very simple to do and makes it easier for next time when they need to be replaced.

i wouldn't be surprised if its the stock clutch, 76k now. the car had some extras on it b4 i bought it and im not positive if its got a wide-band or something for the rear ill have to look, i think i found a plug under the dash (not obd plug) the only reason why i really think its something engine wise is because the hesitation started and then the light came on a couple days later.. ugh if the weather clears up ill pull her out and check underneath. have her away or the winter so just building up a parts pile b4 spring. what spark plugs do u guys recommend?

I've always ran NGK BPR8ES and never had a problem. When does the hesitation start and what are your plugs gapped at?
