[QUOTE=SIM RACING;186263]I have no clue how our logo is anywhere near STM's[./QUOTE]

Really, I thought STM had two separate booths at the shootout.

Really because This is our logo and its no where near STM's. Let alone our colors. I belive STM is RED. Ours are Orange and Black. We have talked to Emery and we seem to be pretty cool with each other. Im not trying to start anything just want to get it all cleared up. Thank you Allen

Patents are expensive if you let them be, but with globalization and the expansion of industries in countries with cheap labor, you can now get relatively cheap patents. Case in point, i have used the same company in India for numerous mechanical patents and they are only about $1500 each. For perspective, as I'm sure some are aware who have looked, an equivelant patent in the U.S. can easily run North of $5k. Only thing im getting at here is that it is a wise business decision to patent your products and not as expensive as some may think.

David, you're absolutely right that this is an attempted direct copy of our design without consent or license or anything of that nature. Thanks for bringing this out in the open and defending us. This product was not patented due to the costs to both register and defend; however, theft of art and intellectual property is a crime and is covered under copyright protection.

    Thanks for the support everybody,
    Kevin

I don't pay overseas companies for anything, not out sourcing our work or a patent, it's against what I believe is so wrong with this country in the first place.

Thank you very much for chiming in on this. I was hoping I didn't jump the gun and bad mouth these worthless pieces of shit for no reason and now I know I am completely justified. Sorry to see them screwing you as so many have done to me. Nothing will make me happier than to see them close up shop!
