Goes in a non climate controlled storage unit. Full tank - fresh oil, etc. All fluids full. Dry gas is rather optional as I only store it for 3 months - and its 93, not e85.
Battery comes out - and home with me. Sits in my basement on a shelf with a 1amp trickle on it.

May I also suggest putting a tarp down to prevent moisture from eating away at the undercarriage. I also put moth balls in and under the car.
My car is built with Ebay parts.
