Default electrical advice for a dummy

Ok so I finished my car or so I thought and went to change my injector scaling when I connect the battery and.....NOTHING.

I've had so much apart and deleted on this car that I need other opinions on something I could be over looking.
So far I know I have power to the starter but nothing to the relays, lights or interior as nothing comes on.
I've checked grounds and the battery...

    Here's the list...

Dash was removed to replace shifted linkage, delete ac, and replace my hvac.

My gauge cluster had an aftermarket overlay that I removed and a single bulb was missing?

Injector driver plug was spliced together to run 2150s

Injector harness was spliced for pigtails

The metal plate that held the driver box and other weird plugs on it was removed( possible grounds?)

Open plugs are fpr solenoid, evap, egr, oem boost pill, a/c...

My rear o2 harness had some cel fix wired into the harness. I spliced it back together.

Im lost and need a fresh perspective. Tomorrow ill go back at it with a test light but I don't understand why I have power to the starter but nothing else? Not even the door buzzer

Check your fuses first off and check your battery ground. Check the battery too while your at it.

Did you blow the built in fuse in the power cable? I believe you would still have power to the starter and not much else. Check for power of all wires coming off the battery right after the little black "box" on the power cable.

I guess I was just exhausted to the point of stupidity last night. It was the cable that goes to the fuse block came off the terminal and was hidden behind the tranny...wow im glad it was simple
