Looking for your thoughts on this trade

Im not sure if this is the right section for this so if not im sorry..I wanted to know anyone and everyone's opinion on this trade that was proposed to me...Try to stick with me through this i will try to give as much information as i can..The basic trade is a 97 GSX for my 07 300 ex...Now some info on the car..He bought it awhile back with the intent to build a fast ass car. That being said here are the mods i know the car has
-Fully build bottom end with 0 clearance pistons
-Fully build stage 3 head
-Adjustable cam gears
-BR i/c piping
-Injen maf pipe
-i believe its a BR 580 Turbo (thats what he says)
-bigger injectors
-aluminum driveshaft
-Tial external wastegate
-greddy BOV
-Full 3'' TBE
Some kinda coil overs never got a chance to check them yet
Thats all i can think of off the top of my head. The body on the car only has 20,000 miles on it but is stripped and needs painted.Comes with stock rims and tires and a set of 18's with brand new rubber.Also comes with spare transfer case.

Now for the bad about the car..The car is has a rebuilt salvage title and is actually 2 cars welding at the seam..The work was all done by a proffesional body shop and looks really good though. There is no tranny or front mount with the car. My main worry is that the car has not ran in over five years and has been sitting (with oil in it) for that long.

I maily want this car for the motor as i have a rolling shell and would easily be able to make one car out of these too. Any thoughts on this would be helpful guys...If you have any questions to help your feedabck please ask...he is moving in a week so kinda need to make up my mind fast..

Anyone? Thoughts or concerns or things i should look for with this motor/Car? Haven't messed with DSM's in over 5 years..

Id stay away from.it.
1 you don't know who built the engine
2 it needs body work
3 its 2 seperAte cars

The body work and it being to cars im not really worried about because i have my 95' rolling shell...I basically want the motor...I know BR did the head work and i thought they build the motor back then too but im not going to say for sure...

The owners name is Max id rather not give out his last name on here..If you think you could find any record on the car i can give you his last name..He is actually the one who recommended you guys to me a long time ago when i bought my 2g off of him..I have rode my quad maybe 4 time in the two years..It pretty much just sits..

The choice is yours too make. Whether or not its worth your quad.

Lol... Well that wasn't much help .. Do you know if you guys build the motor.. That would a big deciding factor ....would you trade?
