Default 2G driveline vibration driving me crazy [Video]

Ok, so Ive done a lot of searching and read quite a few people with this problem. I have heard "Its probably normal" I guarantee it isn't. The sound isn't always consistent. Sometimes I get driveline vibe with it, sometimes I dont. This is my 5th DSM and I have never had anything close to this problem. I have broken center diffs, axles, transfer cases exploded transmissions and have never had to deal with anything this annoying. I want someone to listen to it to tell me "Thats how its supposed to sound" The problem started about 80 miles after transmission install. It feels like there is a dead body strapped to the driveshaft. Tire pressure also affects it. Seems like the more air in the rear tires, the vibe isnt so bad.

Mods: Stage 2.1 Jacks transmission 4 Spyder
    Clutch Masters FX300 Clutch/Pressure plate
Fidanza Flywheel/ A/T Plate with longer 26MM flywheel bolts.
Engine: stock everything including plastic BOV and stock air box, stock boost, no turbo timer and a stock exhaust. car has balance shafts and a balance belt still. Nothing but the clutch and trans is modded.

The car needed a trans when I bought it, so Im getting it ready for mods, may as well do it right as I go.

Parts replaced: Carrier bearings (no change in feel from the old ones), new driveline recall kit x3 the other 2 had the U-Joints robbed out of them. Clutch slave and master cylinder replaced. Redline MT90 in the tranny and Redline HD Shock proof in the T-Case and Rear end. I also get more vibe at highway speed. I had the car on the lift and in gear at 30 MPH the front carrier bearing shakes, the rear end "seems" fine. Rotation from grabbing the shaft by hand, I get about an inch turn to turn of play. Also developed a thump that hits about 5K under hard acceleration, I feel about 4 thumps before its time to shift. Never had this with the old bearings, the driveline was "indexed" before being removed, and Ive checked 3 different times that the U joints are fully seated and the C Clips are all in.

Im starting to wonder if when installing the fidanza flywheel and using the longer bolts, that they bottomed out in the crank and "appeared to be torqued" when in fact the flywheel wasn't flush against the crank because the bolts were too long. This would cause the flywheel to vibe, Im sure. After getting these longer bolts I heard of people bottom tapping the crank, but I have also talked to people that have done many cars and never had a problem. So I don't know what to think without taking the tranny back out.

I just got some solid Torque Solution carrier bushings in today, Im installing them tomorrow when I get get it back on the lift.

Check to see if all the nuts holding your driveshaft in place is there. Other then that I think you may have called it with the flywheel bolts. GL ! !

Yeah, they are definitely tight. I actually flipped the bushings over the other day. With them upside down it pulls the driveline further away from the bottom of the car by about 1/4 of an inch. And it made it worse! I'm installing some torque solution solid bushings in a few hours, I'll see if that helps or makes things worse.

And of course I was afraid someone would say it's the flywheel bolts bottomed out and the flywheel isn't tight, because when I push the clutch in the vibe goes away. But it may be because the RPMs drop to idle and not just because pushing the clutch in pushes the flywheel tight against the crank. I'm trying all I can before I pull the tranny back out.

Installed the Torque Solution carrier bushings, they tightened up the front carrier bearing nicely, now my 80MPH highway cruising vibration is 95% gone. This is nice, however, everything else is still there. The transmission is crazy loud, and the decel vibe is extremely annoying.
