Default STM's New Shop Update! (5-4-11)

Finally! The shop we've always wanted is available! The original plan was to build a new place from the ground up, but what with all the time, money, weather and building codes, it was going to take a very long time.

When we originally moved to this area, the shop we wanted was taken... and now we are moving into that one.

After pointing out which walls to knock down and what materials to use, this shop is coming along very nicely! Even the previous owner wants to move back in.

The new shop has 3 bay doors and we are having a dyno enclosure built, with cement ramps. We will have pictures up soon.

    In the meantime...

The new shop is just south of 390, same side as we are now. Both shops are within viewing distance. The new shop is behind the Mobil gas station, just before Issac Heating & Cooling, on the left.

Thursday (5-5-11), we hook up the phones and move the offices and stock, so if you need anything, please come to the new shop. Until the back garage area is finished, we will still be working on cars at the old shop. Thursday will probably cause some phone interruption, so please bear with us!

Our phone/fax numbers will remain the same.

    New Address:
    5625 Bruckel Drive
    Avon, NY 14414

Just getting shelves and some parts over here, but we should be all settled in office-wise by tomorrow. Still a lot of things to bring over, so hopefully the rain will hold off Thursday. It's supposed to be nice out!

It will look really nice once we get all the shelves filled and awards and parts on the walls.

Thanks again to everyone for your patience. It should go smoothly, aside from a few hours on Thursday when we transfer the phones, but everything should be good to go by Friday.

And especially thanks to everyone here at the shop dealing with the disaster of working in boxes and moving all this equipment! You guys are the best!

Needs track lighting with little spot lights in the show room to accent the walls!

We are now also dealing with bikes! We have a TON of parts coming into stock including power commanders. We will keep you posted. Not to mention if you need a new track helmet (which I am quite excited to sport my new Suomy) we will have those too. Special orders are just a few days away, so feel free to browse the catalogs at the shop.

    Coming along!!

Here's where the dyno is going to be! There's some fresh concrete laid for the new ramp and a brand new door going in. That ramp should accommodate some very low vehicles. There is still a lot of work to be done, but once it's all cleared out and power-washed, it should be pretty mint!
