08 Evo X MR, looking for suggestions.

I've got a few areas where I am looking for suggestions.

First is in the audio department:
My Evo didn't come with the Rockford Fosgate touch screen unit, it came with the normal looking dash unit. And I am currently looking to replace it. Not sure what all that requires, I'm sure some sort of conversion kit will be required to replace that dash space, but I may be wrong. Now I'm wondering what type of head unit I should consider, and maybe 1 12inch sub to go with it.

Next up, things I can/should replace when I tune it. I've ordered a Cobb AccessPORT tuner, it should be here any day now, but I'm wondering what else would need to be replaced when I go to have it tuned. Right now I'm considering replacing the stock BOV very heavily.
