on one of the pics there is "napac" which from my searches stands for "Nippon Auto Parts Aftermarket Committee" I beleieve that they test the standards of parts, and these seats are approved.

If they're counterfeit seats, chances are, any sanctioning body approval stamps are counterfeit, too.

There's other seat manufacturers out there. Go to a race shop and sit in a handful of seats. See which ones fit you best, and are most comfortable to sit in. Don't buy a seat because you like the color/style/design/brand name.

I've sat in a number of seats, and the Corbeau CR1 is one of the most comfortable racing seats out there.
