    Default 2002 Mazda Protege 5

    My friend has a 2001 Mazda Protege 5 with intake, header, catless downpipe, custom exhaust with a muffler.

    He also claims to have the mazda protege mp3 reflash, but without acually physically having the ecu installed. Is this even possible? Is there a way you can tell that he has this? is there anything (beside accessport) thats available to do this? He says that its a mazda factory flash?

    He was also wondering how much horsepower he has? what do you think it will run in quartermile?

    My friend seems to think that he will get into the 14's naturally aspirated. He was talking about swapping over parts from a FSZE motor, but i keep telling him without a built motor and or turbo that he not going to get close.
