I've been working on bring more relaxed, not so argumentative, insulting etc. That entire mess a year or so ago with Powell/Kitasaki/Wilson knocked a bunch of wind out of my sails, so it hasn't been too hard, with the wind went some passion.

Anyway, the time has come for me to go off again, my list is long enough to release it! haha

EVOm is where the complaints are, those of you that are fortunate enough to not go there, consider yourself lucky.

For the rest of you here are my bitches:

1. Is it truly necessary to make every single post "Lowest prices on the net!" "Nobody beats our prices!" I mean seriously, if the only thing you have to offer is the lowest prices, you probably aren't going to be around long anyway. I understand the marketing so there's a part 2 to this, see #2 on my list.

2. BUMP. Holy fuck, is it really necessary to bump every "LOWEST PRICES ON THE NET" thread to the top of the forum every fucking day?

3. The latest and greatest topics. I just love these morons who are promoting products that are completely unproven, mostly untested and most of which aren't even released yet! How in the hell can the new "Twin scroll, ultra high tech billet compressor wheel, unobtainium turbine wheel wrapped in sour dough bread" be the best turbo to get when nobody has run the damn thing?! How about the twin dildo induced fuel pump that's seen one car run it? How about the billet rear diff end cover that nobody needs and 2 people have had fail ever? What the hell is wrong with these idiots?

4. The dyno game. Holy shit am I sick of the dyno games. I am SO glad our dyno reads low so I don't ever have to get involved with that crap or even feel the desire to haul a car somewhere else to prove my stuff works. I see more 800-1100 whp cars that never run down the track, have a shit power curve, make no torque, bumpy ass graphs etc. Shut your pie hole, take that POS to the track and PROVE what power it makes. I definitely have the lowest horsepower EVO in the history of the USA that's gone 9.0 at 159 mph. You know what? I'm proud of that. I'll take my 680 whp EVO that runs 9.0's and gets driven over some horribly shaped dyno graph.

5. Virtual dyno testing. I like Jamie, he developed the virtual dyno, I have no idea how accurate it is, I've never used it nor have I ever seen it used. It's an interesting "tool". It is NOT a dyno. It can not be used for back to back testing as far as I am concerned nor can I compare it to anything else. If you are going to test parts, go to a dyno, take your tools and do a proper test on the same day at the same place.

6. The guy who built one car and says how fast it is means very little. More than likely the mix match of parts he has used can be improved upon. I see this every day. Guys going nuts over some "one build expert's" build. Putting misc parts together to build your EVO with no testing along the way may have decent results but they are not the best they could have been.

My overview on this is, I take a lot of time to test parts. I am no engineer but I am in this business because I love the cars. Anyone with a 1/4 of a brain can see if I simply offered more parts I could sell more parts and profit more. Does anyone think I am getting rich selling Ebay 02 housings over the other 50 02 housings out there? I sell it because it works (just one example). I could offer some 3" i/c pipes, they don't work. I don't want to sell parts that don't perform the best, I don't want to sell engine parts that won't work for a higher WHP level than you initially wanted. I sell the best engines and parts so you can go from your initial goal of 500 whp to 1000+ if need be.

Take the time to compare some dyno graphs to what we put out. You'll be hard pressed to find broader dyno curves than what we make on the same engine/turbo combinations. That's why when cars put together by BR or with BR parts consistently perform at the race tracks, 1/4 mile, road racing, autocrossing or whatever your interest is.
