Default Buschur Racing 5 liter single 3" exhaust

Well we finished up the exhaust on the car yesterday. For reference, 2011, 5 liter. I did some dyno testing last week and ended up happy with the results. As I said, there's 20 dual exhausts out there for the car. I wanted to drop some weight and offering up the same thing everyone else is doing isn't my style. I'm currently running 9.0's at 159 mph in my other car with a single 3" and these same two mufflers we used on the Mustang system. Other cars are running low 8's on a single 3" system.

We put a lot of time in the Y for the system as that's where the biggest restriction can come into play.

I gaurantee this system is at least 65 pounds lighter than stock and I'm going to guess closer to 70 pounds. Last week the first system we built was 72 pounds lighter. We have since added the V-band connections to the system and the clamps add a little weight. I also have some heavier wall tubing in this prototype that won't be used in the production system. I'll get final weights when the production system is finished and we can weigh it.

The entire system is built from 304 grade stainless steel, to include the mufflers and the V-bands. It is a full 3" system with no reducers or restriction, both mufflers are also straight through and a full 3". This is our offroad system, it will also be available with 3" cats, one for each side.

We will offer a tune with the exhaust to disable the 02's so you won't get a CEL.

Here's some shots of the system on my car:

Looks great, I'm sure the sound isn't lacking either! Any testing to see how much you gained over the well engineered factory ford parts?
