Default synthetic vs. synthetic blend oil

So i took my evo x in for its first oil change at the dealership and i asumed they knew what they were doing. For some reason after they changed the oil i asked "did you put full sythetic oil in?" They replied, "no." I was rather confused at this point considering there is a sticker under the hood that states "full sythetic required." At the time they would not fix their mistake becuase they told me they put syntheyc blend in all the cars they service...... So i got pissed and drove home. After flipping out on the main service manager over the phone he instructed me to come in this saturday and they would put the mobil 1 full synthetic in. So I am wondering if it is a big deal if synthetic blend was run through the motor for approx 20 miles.

I seriously doubt there will be an issue with it.
