    Wow! Very nice work Tabitha!

Im the one who does all the pictures & videos here at the shop, plus its just a hobby of mine. I always enjoy seeing other peoples work. Shawna (4G63girl) on here does some killer work with a camera as well.

That's awesome! I started toying with it last year as just a hobby, then picked up the track photographer gig this year. I'm lovin' it so far! I got to make a pass one weekend in the Camaro in the last picture, talk about a rush!

    Thanks for the compliments!

Most were taken with my 7D, a couple were with a xti. That's what I started out with and I upgraded my camera body and lenses a few months ago. I've found that a really nice lens made a big difference on the xti, but it just couldn't hold a candle to my new camera.

It was unreal! If I remember it ran 5.80 in the 1/8th when I got to make a pass. It's a different feeling being in a car that packs the wheels like that! I wasn't driving, I rode shotgun which was nuts, lol. A couple weekends ago I had someone offer to let me take their rail for a pass. No thanks, I'm not quite up to that just yet!!

That would be awesome. I would love to ride in a car that was that fast. I have a 1000CC bike that is pretty scary but that Camaro would be nuts!

Awesome pics. I'm just getting back into taking photos and loving it so far. What's your process of doing the BW background?

This is how I do it, but I think there is a couple different ways to go about it. One, I always shoot in color, then I make any changes in my photoshop, which I use cs4.. I turn the whole image black and white and use the slide bars to tweak the tones til I'm happy. Then I use the history brush and paint back in what I want in color. It helps too if I zoom in closely, keeps the colored portion neat.
