    Default Virtual Dyno is available!

Hey everyone my friend and customer Brad Barnhill has been working on a standalone Virtual Dyno application. You can simply drag and drop your Evoscan log files into the program, tell it a few things about your EVO and viola! you've got a Dyno chart. You can even right click and copy or save the image file.

You can get the program here: http://www.mellontuning.com/index.ph...dex&cPath=1_28

So go out and do a 3rd gear pull on flat ground and share your results with your mod list. I'll get us started:

Seems pretty simple, is there no way to use arm log. Seems like you do basically same thing.

Sorry, typing from my HTC phone. Aem is my question. It should also work right, you are just using the log.

the program is expecting specific column names in the .csv log file that evoscan outputs. If you took your aem log, converted it to a .csv, edited it with excel and renamed some columns names to match evoscan names, I may very well work.

you're welcome, I'll let you know when the next version comes out, he's going to be addressing some of the obvious issues like trimming the end or the log to clean up the dive/rise and when screenshots are taken it will include the vehicle settings and correction used to help keep the playing field equal

Testing 1.4 final tonight I ran a customer's EVO X AP tune vs ECUFlash tune through VD for comparison. I tuned it both times and the AP data is old when he was running stockish boost and no wb02 so I couldn't push it too hard. I thought it was neat to be able to compare runs from two different devices. If we don't find any more major bugs this could be released very soon

a customer of mine called today to let me know the results of his dynojet pull today vs the VD we did yesterday:

    VD 389/406 yesterday
    Dynojet 386/423 today

same mods/boost/octane. He was very happy to see how close it was.
