I now own that Cobra but also retained my Evo..For 15K I got a 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra "Terminator"

I will be paying 10K over the next 2 and a half years and my step dad pated 5K cash for me

It has the following mods
-2.8 Pulley(I think that is like 10Psi
-4lb Lower Pulley(So 14 all together)
-Afco Heat Exchanger
-SCT Tuner(Going to get a MegaSquirt ECU)
-3.73 Gears
-Kooks LT Headers
-Kooks O/R X Pipe
-Borla Catback Exhaust
-Spec 2+ Clutch(Hate it, Getting a Steeda Tri-Ax, and McLeod Twin Disc)
-Eibach Lowering Kit
-Subframe Connectors
-Black FR500's(315/35/18 DR's in Back, Nitto 275/35R318's in Front)

^ Yeah I hear ya..2 problems with the car
1.It has 99.3K on it!
2.Its a Vert which is nice but eh..Makes it weigh 500lbs more!!

I wonder if it has more hp than Davids Stang?

Probably there will be no chance in about a month..8lb lower and a 2..60 upper!And a stage 6 Ported Eaton so around 20 to 21psi form what the guys on SVTP tell me..So about 550hp!

I wonder if David will tune it ..Lol.

Looks like..I'm installing cams soon and when I do that I'm going to go ahead and rip the whole thing apart to check on things 100K is not very few lol.

On our dyno my car makes about 425 whp. On a Dynojet it should put down close to 550 whp. I'm just running a stock 4.6 3v engine, they are only good for about 550 hp at the flywheel so I am pushing my luck. Mine has run 12.003 at 120.66 on radials.

vwjeff-Yeah I'm keeping it ..guys over on SVTP said a MegaSquirt wasn't worth it .\
Mullen-I think it will hold but I'm just doing it to make sure.It will get a set of Manley I Beams and CP Pistons at about 120K then eh a few turbos just basic stuff.

Thats pretty much the car I wanted for a long time. Burgundy '03 Cobra w/ rear seat cover & roll bar. I wanted Cobra R wheels on it though. I would have owned one but I could never find one in the price range I was working with though.

Nice Cobra ya got there i LOVE the REDFIRE color i always thought it was the best for that car.

I had 2 03 Cobras one REDFIRE w/ flat black 18" CCW's and one was BLACK on stock chrome wheels.

The REDFIRE was slower w/ a 2.76 upper only and ported eaton on pump gas that ran low 11's @ 120+

The BLACK was the quickest/fastest w/ a 2.6L KB on top w/ 100oct it ran 10.7 @ 137 as a full weight street car driven on 275 MT DR's

REDFIRE = Diablosport

BLACK = SCT

Somedays i really miss those cars compared to the Evo but they are all fun in their own ways........funny how my Evo is way quicker and faster than both but not nearly as fun to put around daily in

Maybe a good idea when you go to the twin disk i really wish i had a twin in either of my Cobras as the cable actuated fork SUX!

A twin w/ a hydraulic tob would be PERFECT.

And don't knock the IRS too much i ran consistantly in the 1.5x range on the DR's

I was never a fan of spraying the Eaton but i know lots of people have success w/ it but similar to the Evo i prefer boost only
