How to build removeable parachute mount on a 1G

Its been a while folks, but I have been a little busy with this car, getting things accomplished, the little stuff at least. I was able to get Release mechanism for the chute as well as the safety pin.
After Rivet Nutting the assembly and brackets to the roof of the car,this is what we ended up with

and here is a side view of it


We then ran the line to the rear of the car , here is a shot of it

and the absolute best part of it all, My "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT" Safety pin.. Yes I know I am such a Ricer


This project is officially complete. Time for the Next one. I hope you enjoyed the build , as much as I did . See you all around later.

Isn't there also a need for a "fixed" attachment of the cable 12" from the parachute mounting location?

Now just gotta see it all in action woohoo!
