    It runs like a champ 97% of the time.... Sometimes It gets weird shifting under full throttle like it forgot what it was doing..... Other than that, this thing is a beast!!!

    I sorted out the tranny leak issue, so thats all good now. I just have to hook up with Dan on the small fuel pump issue and we are golden....

    Coilovers are next....

    The deck lid was like $750.00 shipped because I ordered it in a group buy. I think they are around $850.00 + shipping normally.

    Honestly, I hated the SST at first....... Now, I love it. As soon as the programming gets figured out and we can reliably put 600 WHP to this thing, I'm gonna have sex with it....

    Launching is good w/ launch control....... Mitsu did a good job on that.....

    Sweet! I am looking at some X's and I am trying to decide if should get the MR or not. How much for all the parts you have done to the tranny? Clutch packs, pan etc?

    I hade roughly 4K in parts and labor for the SSP clutches, trans pan, cooler, fluid, ans install by Sheperd.....

    yo, car looks nice, have white wingless MR aswell, doing fp red and kelfords this coming weekend... was curious of your experience with clutch packs... mostly transition from 1st-2nd... as mine sits, its~350-350, WOT i can still get stocl sst to engage if timed correctly... was it necessary to drop torque while tuning to mate with sst limiter tables? honest oppinion on quality of the product? did this actually improve the characteristic of the car? or is this a voodoo kit that may or may not be the answer to all of the sst's problems? is the car driven? or is this a garage baby? no insult intended, just feel very odd about spending 4 grand on a kit that nobody, including SSP them selves, has proven or disproven to fix or improve anything on our cars. Guess i'm looking for somebody to justify this purchase for me. thanks... PM if necessary

    honestly, If I was going to do it all over again, I would have waited to buy the clutches. Just get SSP's tranny fluid, deep tranny pan, and cooler. They do a lot for keeping you from getting the dreaded " slow down " message.

    David can chime in on this, but I am pretty sure my trans was disengaging and had nothing to do with the clutches slipping.... Just to be safe, I did the clutches and we had the same problem with the tune after that. I think David has the tables and things he needs to handle the SST now.... Mine feels very nice....
