Heh...some of these comments were posted on the date of the Shootout last year.

"The room was far from clean, spiders & webs all over, and the wallpaper was coming off in many places. The parking lot was full of race car drivers working on their cars and driving them around the lot most of the night. Too much noise to sleep. The pillows were so thin we went to K-mart and bought our own. At 7:00A.M. we left our room to checkout, after moving trash in the hall, got to the front desk and no one was there, later found the staff outside smoking. This is not the kind of treatment i would expect for $170.00 per night."

"The kids and I booked on price line, we paid about $85.00 for one night. After a long day at the park we just wanted to sleep, and get ready for the next day. When we went up to our room, got ready for bed their was blood on our comforter, it was dry but still blood. We pack back up told the guy at front desk, he gave us another room. Because of the first room, the first thing I checked was the bed. This time we found sperm on the blanket, we did'nt want the guy to think we were lying so we took the blanket to him. He was disgusted also, and offer us another blanket. I ask for another room. The third room had, hair all over the sheets, bugers on the wall, toliet was nasty and that was that for us. We left, I will say the guy at the front desk was trying by offering new sheets. Oh, and their was a hug party going on in the parking lot, which I had to get my son to move beer cans, so we could park. It was 3am., and the front desk clerk said they were guest to and hopefully they will close out soon. The pool is pretty, but the photos on the web are very decieving! Hard Beds, just from checking with my knee."

These are the wheels that I got from you last year at the shootout. Just had them cleaned and all the bent lips fix . They are ready for paint and I just ordered some QTP's for them. We will see you at the shootout.

I plan on entering the AutoX/Drag race combo class...& According to the rules you have to use the same tires for both events correct? So if I am using Kumho V710 R Compounds for the AutoX, I have to use them for the drag event as well?? Umm....That should be interesting, Anybody ever run down the 1/4 on some V710 Kumhos??

That is correct, we've made the class structure as simple as we can now and we'll see how it goes this year. The OWNER of the car must drive his own car and the car must be autocrossed and drag raced on the same tires.

The BadBish will be competing in this and I'm going to use M/T Drag Radials for both events. That combined with my driving should put me well into last place..........
