What exactly is going on at this meet? Dyno? Drag Race? Autocross? Car show only?

I was just planning on having a meet. Like i said in the pm Dave if i take this to the track then vendor fee's will apply and so will entrance.. Im trying to keep this cost effective for everyone. Im sure i can set up a mobil dyno but then i would have to atleast charge entrance...

What is the actual location? Is it a parking lot? Someone's shop? Along the street? I understand it's a meet now and just for hanging out. Where is the actual location other than the address?

I just googled it, looks like a big parking lot at an Advanced Auto Parts, is that correct? I am only asking all this because I think with more information you may draw more people.

It's tough to get vendor to commit to a "hang out" type show. At least I think it will be hard to get vendors from very far away to commit. It can be great to meet people but it gets boring rather quickly and people don't hang out long. With no schedule of events or things to do, if you don't have a HUGE crowd people get bored real quick. Even old car cruise in's around here have a DJ, 50/50 raffles and such to keep people around.

I am not being negative, just trying to help you so it works, I've been around a few of these things. I'll delete my post if you like just shoot me a PM.

List keeps on growing.. I have a DJ set for the day to. Looking into a mobile dyno as well.. Fee's Will have to apply check back for entrance fee's.

getting some really nice evos coming I see now. I guess PA can bring out some nice cars. we also have a few nice spots by us for some runs and tons of cars to race also.
