You are the man Don! Holy crap that's nuts, I don't think I'd have the balls to make it to the top. BTW, for those of you looking at this, Don is the only guy that made it to the top in both those videos. Experience wins.

Thanks David, I get real kick out of these youg kids today with NO FEAR stickers on their vehicles. I have included a few videos below to show what happens on these hills when their skill does not match their No Fear attitude.

Yeah, that looks like me on those videos. I ride quads and have had some nasty flips on hill climbs, I've been lucky to never been stuck under on coming down. What is that hill made of? Is it public riding there? Any quads ever try to run up it?

I can not believe you fall off your four wheeler. It is a dangerous sport, no hospital in the area so they answer all injuries with a helicopter ride. The large black mountain is man made. It consists of shale and coal left over from coal mining in the area. The hills in the videos I posted are only a small example of the "Coal Hill" as the locals call it. Coal Hill is located in Trevorton, Pa, about two hours from my home. Four wheelers are very popular on Coal Hill, there are considerably more four wheelers than dirt bikes in that area. The four wheelers have an absolute blast on those hills. There are various levels of difficulty, from beginner to the hills that I attempt to climb. The land is owned by RAC [Reading Anthracite Coal Company]. For $100 a year you are given permission to ride on 22,000 acres of the most beautiful trails I have ridden on. Bring the boys and I will show you a good time. I usually go for the weekend and stay in my motorhome, but sometimes for the day.

    Another previous rider here....

I started riding when I was six. Started out on a PW80 and then went KX80, 100 and then RM125.

We used to ride at a couple of places in PA and OH. Hillsville and Wellsville.

I quit when the cops started thrwoing riders out of Hillsville. Rode a lot of tracks as well (Broken Spokes, and a couple other tracks in southern Ohio.)

I am way out here in Vegas. Only get to ride the desert. Do have about 20 mb of helmet cam footage to edit through. Some of the hill climb stuff is pretty hairy. David has seen some of the footage clips and said WTF.

Started at eight, got my AMA pro SX/MX license and toured the country (and even out of country) for several years.

We ride a couple trails in Belmont, southern ohio, just off the property.... It takes a special person to go up a hill like that... Theres a spot we go where you're enclosed by those coal hills...They did alot of diggin down there a few years ago.... This thing leaves some big piles behind...
