Default Engine Mgmt,,,, who makes it?

Is there any decent engine mgmt for this car yet?

Has anyone been successful with reflashes?

Yeah, that's the big question. Can the ECU be hacked and tuned.

it wouold be a shame to need to put a standalone on a car just to tune it, hope flashing software comes out soon.

I just posted this in another thread before seeing it would be better suited here. Anyone think about putting an Evo X or Ralliart ECU maybe with some simple rewiring in it like they do the earlier DSM's. Same basic engine as the Ralliart correct? Maybe I have no clue, in which case just tell me to keep my comments to the Evo sections lol.

I know it hasn't been very long, anyone have any new info? Z-chip and poweraxel still seems like the only two options right now. Not very impressed with either.. come on all you smarty smart guys. need someone to crack the ECU..

Dynojet just came out with a piggyback that is plug and play that AMD is using to tune the Gen. I am still curious about an ECU swap. If I had one I would be looking over wiring diagrams.

Not a big fan of piggybacks, but glad they are working on it.. A standalone seems like it would be expensive, but Im game if it happens.. and with all the gains that stock ECU flash has seen over the years on the EVO I would hope that would translate to good things for the Genesis Coupe. I'm assuming of course, but I can dream.. haha..

Haltech is getting really close to releasing a full plug & play ECU that should be able to control eveything, then the possibilities for the GenCoupe crowd will be endless!
