    Okay i got a question...

How is it your going 11.71 @ 122 mph?

It would seem to me that with those traps your ET would be way lower. For a apples to oranges comparrison I run 12.2 @ 111 mph and the next fastest guy in the stock turbo class is doing 11.78 @ 114 mph. Of course both are 8/9's.

All in all im just wondering.

Congrats on the new time though!

    I ran 12.1's @ 113 in the old Winged Warrior Evo with a 1.6 60'. That was with a 2.3 stroker and a TME 6.5RS 16g.

Apparently I never put my best time on dsmtimes.org, but you can see my first run on there. #125 on the Evo list. 12.4 @ 107.89mph 1.726 60'.

I think dave already said that its more than likely because of the the high 60' which if I remember was like a 1.8 something.

Actually it was 11.71 at 124 mph

The car does not leave the line well, 1.84 sixty foot is the best to date, it's heavy and that doesn't help getting it moving. The close ratio trans doesn't help anything either as 3 gear changes are made LONG before the 1/8th mile where most of your ET comes from.

    Ahhh ya that makes sense.

With a lower 60' he could be in the 11.5 - 11.4 range.

    Kevin sure can drive, dam!

Dave, Whats your take on the x vs the 8/9's at the strip? Do you think the x's will ever have the potential or are they just to damn heavy?
