Default 2nd trip to the 1/4 mile track in the MR (no longer stock)

    Hey guys,

My new personal best in the MR:

    60' . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1.9673
    1/8 mile ET . . . . . . . . . .8.417
    1/8 mile MPH . . . . . . . .84.60
    1/4 mile ET . . . . . . . . .13.037
    1/4 mile MPH . . . . . . .106.86

I was able to improve my 60' by launching in snow mode, improving my 60' by a whopping .036 seconds (pathetic, I know) over my 60' times in tarmac mode.

    Later,

    Keith

Was this at Street Car Chaos or whatever @ US41?

    Congrats on the new times!

I'm guessing this is a Evo X MR?

Nice. You think you'll ever be able to get a mid 1 second 60' with that tranny?

In a year or so when someone comes out with a programer system for the transmission control unit that would get some good 60' times... combine programing with some upgraded clutch packs (hope someone steps up to the plate on that one) and the car will be killer quick off the line.

    Hey David,

    My best time stock was 13.763 @ 101.10 compared to 13.037 @ 106.86...

So I gained almost 6 mph (5.76 mph) and lowered my ET by almost a quarter second (.726 seconds).

The car feels strong, and sounds good... I will finish off the exhaust befor the end of the month in an attempt to get some 12's out of the car befor the tracks close for the year

Next spring will be cams and bolt on turbo upgrade.

    Hey Dave,

I posted up my results, but I don't know if my threads get as much attention as yours Feel free to make your own thread about my gains with your parts

I just wish you had more parts for the X... I was joansing for a 12 second time slip, so i ordered the parts to complete my full turbo back exhaust system. I ordered an O2 housing / downpipe along with a test pipe for summer track season driving, and a high flow cat for winter when I will not be going to the track... really wish you carried these parts so I could send my $$$ your way. I figure the new lower IC pipe I have comming from you, and finishing off the exhuast will get me into the 12's.

Will you be selling the Blouch bolt on turbo's and some EVO X cams by next spring? That will be my next modification season
