yea my smoking heap of crap, good god if one more thing on that car would have had smoke coming off it i think it woulda burnt to the ground. brakes hanging up first thing then of course the junk head thats on it letting oil fog out the exhaust, oil all over the manifold from the valve cover coming loose.
how many IC clamps did i lose lonnie, 3? lol, maybe ill have better luck at the DSM shootout.

It's not that it's not my style. I registered on here to ask a few questions about the shootout but my fiance and I are looking into getting a evo for her to race so I'm trying to learn more about them. I saw the brakes when you first drove it around. Was the e-brake sticking? I thought your car ran really good. We all have to work out bugs sometimes. If not it wouldn't be as fun working on them.

yea the e brake hangs up once every 50 time i use it and that just happened to be the worst its ever stuck. normally itll drag for a few seconds then let go. i have 2 new calipers sitting here just too lazy to change them. lol.

Sorry for the late post, but I thought the event went well. I've been going to the shootout for the past few years and I've always been intrigued by dsm's.

Even though I didn't race, I had my car in the show. My car will be in the racing event next year. I didn't have enough time to get the car ready (found out about this event 2 weeks prior) and I didn't have my drag radials as of yet.

Can't wait til next year!
