We had a great weekend and really enjoyed the event. It really was a great time.

The event ran perfectly smooth and I am surprised at how many runs/cars get moved through.

Congrats to Trevor Jones who took 2nd place in the A class, same class we were in. Our overall points were only 2 points higher than Trevors and we were awarded those based on the car show. I was quite surprised to take 1st overall as I thought Trevor should have won as his overall race standings were better. It was great to compete with you Trevor. Trevor had the two fastest overall times in the Autocross, placing him 1st. In the drags he placed 3rd overall. In the car show he placed 12th, which is a surprise as he has a super clean, nice, EVO.

Also congrats to Trent Stanley who drove my RS to take the overall win in Class A. Trent got 4th place in the autocross and 1st place in the drag race. We also placed 6th in the car show, which gave us the extra 2 points we needed to edge Trevor out for the 1st place overall. I feel bad about our win actually...............glad to get it though.

The track was not prepped at all, dragstrip, which is fine as nobody ran on a prepped track, but it limited our best ET to a 10.05 at 146.9 mph with a 1.74 sixty foot time. I was really hoping to break 150 mph this weekend with my daily driver but it was not to happen.

Thanks to Kevin and his crew for a great event. Looking forward to next year.
