Still in vacuum

I have a 92 Laser AWD that i've had for 12 years and has always been turn key and go!
it has a front mount, external, a VPC & much more all purchaced from Buschur.
Just the other day i was driving along whe the car jerked, the ck engine light came on, & I smelled something burning. I realized the passenger side window switch was stuck in the down position, and ever since the car has a slight hesitation, & doesn't want to idle !
Any ideas what to look for ??
